Years before US Airways, or even US Air, there was Mohawk Airlines which merged with Allegheny Airlines in 1972. Here is an original ticket jacket for a Mohawk flight 84 on May 31st 1968 from Detroit to Buffalo. According to the ticket agent stamp on the back cover, the flight left Concourse E, Gate 41.
