Product Description

Here is a great collectible Ocean Liner and Ship item from 1960, a combination Cruise Brochure and ship deck plan for the Moore-McCormack's SS Brasil. This 8 1/2" by 11" four color printed brochure opens up into many sections featuring photos of interior and exterior views of the S.S. Brazil with cabin views, public rooms, decks, swimming pool and more.

This brochure opens up to a large 17" by 22" section promoting a special 62 day, 18 port Sea-Safari Cruise (that left on March 10, 1961) with route map and photos, finally opening up to a full 22" by 34" deck plan of the SS Brasil.

The SS Brasil was bought by Holland America in 1971 and sailed for at least 5 other cruise lines before becoming the flagship of World Explorer Cruises as The SS Universe Explorer.
