The Virginia Class Submarine is the first U.S. submarine to be designed for battlespace dominance across a broad spectrum of regional and littoral missions as well as open-ocean, "blue water" missions. The program design goal is to produce a submarine flexible enough to carry out seven very different missions. We proudly present a new product line of important historical boats and ships made of kiln dried philippine Mahogany wood. This exquisite model is in 1:192 scale. This spectacular model has a length of 23 1/4" and is 3 1/4" wide.
This beautiful replica model is hand sculptured by master craftsmen who use premium treated Philippine mahogany wood. Each model passes through several stages of sanding and priming before talented artists apply paint and detail. Extreme care is made to apply historically accurate markings and emblems with amazing attention to fine details. This ship model will be a lasting addition to any Military vessel or battle ship model collection.
